About Me
Alexander Carroll-Cabanes is a multi-talented Spanish-American actor. He grew up between Madrid and Washington, and has spent time living in Barcelona, Jerusalem, and Taiwan. As such, Alexander has dual Spanish and American citizenship, and speaks English, Spanish, and Catalan fluently. As well as some conversational Mandarin.
Alexander is a recent graduate of the Columbia MFA acting program. In undergrad, he studied international politics at Wesleyan University. Although it is no longer a pursuit of his, it informs his perspective that all art is political, and all politics a type of theatre. We all act in our day to day, and this performance can and should be scrutinized, if we are to become better humans than those who came before us.
Besides acting, Alexander enjoys singing, dancing, and moving. When not on stage, Alexander is a pretty avid and competent skier. When there’s no snow, he enjoys horseback riding, swimming, soccer, tennis, and baseball.
